Exploring First Responder & Military Career Pathways

Heroes Day is an immersive, hands-on career exploration event designed to introduce 7th-grade students across Greater Cincinnati to the wide range of opportunities within military and first responder career pathways.

Through direct interaction with representatives from all branches of the military and local first responder organizations, students gain real-world insight into service-based careers. The experience features interactive demonstrations, armored vehicle tours, and engaging activities that allow students to ask questions, explore equipment, and better understand the skills, training, and pathways required for these roles.
