Position Summary:
Adopt A Class is seeking an Operations Manager who will work to ensure organizational and programmatic success. The manager will contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, plans, policies, and practices that will foster an internal culture of support and collaboration. The manager will also manage external vendor relations and contracts.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
Operations
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organization’s mission; specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
Proactively implement initiatives that streamline operations, enhance programing, and ensuring the continued growth and progress towards mission.
Assess operational effectiveness and implement enhancement measures as needed
Lead IT oversight including management of software platforms such as Salesforce and Causevox and IT service providers.
Manage all aspects of Human Resources including, but not limited to: Talent acquisition, performance evaluation structure, and negotiating benefits packages
Responsible for oversight and leadership of multiple vendors for IT, HR and other services as needed
Programming
Manages account of schools including attending school visits to ensure high-quality programming is being maintained and feedback is provided.
Seeks out and attends partnership meetings when applicable to foster a relationship between AAC and other organizations.
Tracks, monitors and reports progress using CRM system (Salesforce). Maintains accuracy of the database by documenting key touchpoints with contacts and accurately entering and tracking prospects.
Other duties as assigned, including occasional evening or weekend events.
Required Qualifications:
4-year degree with 4+ years professional experience

Flexible demeanor and comfortable working with changing priorities
Strong organization and collaborative skills
Has a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
Ability to obtain a Cincinnati Public Schools ID (background check required)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with software platforms such as Salesforce, WordPress and Constant Contact
Experience with Adobe product suite, photography and video editing
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range is $45,000-$52,000
