Growth Mindset Escape Room

Materials:

• Lesson plan printout

Instructions:
 

1. Pair the students up in groups of two
2. Make copies for each group and pass them out
3. Discuss with students the importance of having a growth mindset and ask for examples of what it means to have a growth mindset
4. Explain to the students that they will be completing a growth mindset escape room
5. The first person to solve the clue wins, but don’t give the answer until all students have the answer
6. At the end you may need to explain the word PERSEVERE to the students or ask for volunteers to explain the word
