Adopt A Class was founded with a simple yet profound mission: to connect businesses and civic groups with students in underserved communities through mentorship and relationship-building. Established in 2003, Adopt A Class began as a grassroots effort to bridge the gap between the classroom and the workplace, inspiring students to dream big and achieve their potential.
Our Story
Over the years, our program has grown significantly, expanding to serve thousands of students across multiple schools. What started as a small initiative has blossomed into a thriving organization, with hundreds of mentors dedicating their time and expertise foster the academic and personal growth of the next generation.
Our history is one of collaboration and community, as we continue to work together with educators, businesses, and volunteers to create meaningful connections that last a lifetime. Through these partnerships, Adopt A Class remains committed to empowering students, broadening their horizons, and shaping a brighter future for all.
