Adopt A Class encourages mentor teams to consider how their personal skills and professional path can be brought to the classroom. Some mentor teams have elected to present a financial literacy element in each visit. Others have created a product from start to finish during the school year. Whatever the team and the class hope to achieve during the course of their time together, Adopt A Class provides resources to focus those efforts while keeping the content fresh.
At the same time, safety is paramount for our adopters and students. Adopt A Class recognizes that a meaningful experience for both parties comes from an environment in which everyone feels safe.
